This assignment definitely got me thinking about everything around me and how much I deal with numbers every single day. But also this assignment helped me to practice more with the ISO, aperture, and shutter speed which I definitely needed to practice. I am still learning and hope that I can get better over time because I absolutely loved this. Even though there were a couple of times where I just wanted to stop, and yes I had a dream about numbers and taking pictures of ALL of them, I loved thinking of new ways to represent the numbers and had a blast doing it!!

Assignment #1 - Scavenger Hunt

                                   

I learned that my hands need to be more steady and I really want my pictures of people to come out better. I'm still experimenting with lightroom and trying to understand it, but it helps. Hopefully I can get to the point where I don't have to change much on an image from when I took it. I know that I can get better with practice and I'm determined to be better. I also loved going out and just looking around and seeing the different things I could find because it's opened my mind to a new way of looking at things.

Goals

I want to be able to create an amazing photograph that captures exactly what I'm thinking and be able to share these with people. More importantly I want to learn how to better photograph people and their many emotions that we all go through. Whether it's crying, laughter, happiness, or just thinking, I want to be able to portray these throughout my photographs. Also, I want to learn better ways to photograph families because when you look at a picture of a family, you can see what a family really is. Lastly, I want to be able to show the world what my view of the world is.
